    Maintenance happened to be next door fixing their sink as well, so they were there quickly. So now we have strangers in the room and can't change to get ready.

    We called Marlene to let her know. All she said was thanks for letting me know and hung up on my husband. She has no clue about customer service.

    The only saving grace for this stay was the three bartenders in the D bar. Ricardo was one and I can't remember the 2 others names he was working with, but they were awesome doing their tricks with bottles.

    They were very pleasant, and their customer service was great. I won't stay here again, but I will visit the bar. We deeply apologize for the lack of customer service you received during your stay.

    This is the worst hotel I've been to in Las Vegas. I usually stay at the larger big-name Strip hotels, however since I was only in Vegas for 1 night I thought I'd venture out of my comfort zone, and save a few bucks in the process.

    I could hear the music from the Fremont Street Experience into the late hours. Clearly no attempt has been made at sound-proofing the rooms!

    I'm not a light sleeper, and it was so loud it literally kept me from sleeping. Lastly, there were some serious plumbing issues.

    Every time somebody in the next room would run water presumably running the sink, showering etc there was a loud knocking sound that made you think the pipes were going to burst through the walls.

    I would avoid this place like the plague! We apologize for the state of your room during your recent visit. The lack of housekeeping is completely unacceptable and we'll be forwarding your review to our Director of Housekeeping.
